Right now, we are looking for an HR Business partner to join our team in Patra, who will contribute to the successful implementation of company HR initiatives.

Job Description
S/he, as an active member of the local HR team:

• Supports, executes & develops the People agenda - works with Core & Local HR team, ensuring effective delivery of all core HR processes
• Participates and/or coordinates HR activities - recruiting, onboarding, R&R, training, performance management - utilizing the HR tools and methodology
• Leads the People & Organizational Development agenda of the Supply Chain departments, to assess competencies gaps, learning & capability building needs and formulate plans accordingly
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of employment law, HR processes and tools
• Co-drives the initiatives in embedding company's culture throughout the various Supply Chain departments
• Participates in functional and cross-functional projects & events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration (or Human Resources) - a Master's Degree would be considered an additional asset
• 8 or more years of HR experience (at least 4-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, some experience in Employee Relations)
• Strong knowledge of Greek employment law
• Self-motivation and drive to grow in a multinational environment
• Superior interpersonal & communication skills
• Advanced leadership & stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written)
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
