• Advert copywriting + online placement on various channels: You're the wordsmith who makes our listings stand out.
• Daily tracking of responses + scheduling viewings: You are the link between our tenants and their dream homes.
• Carrying out viewings: Time to use your charm to make tenants fall in love with their future home.
• Concluding rental agreements: You ensure everything runs smoothly, from paperwork to handshakes.
• Planning and carrying out final deliveries with departing tenants: Saying goodbye is part of the deal, and you make sure it all runs smoothly.
• Real estate? It's in your DNA and you convey it to others with enthusiasm
• Communication is your superpower, both in Dutch and English
• Microsoft Office is your second home

• A background in real estate or relevant work experience is a big plus.
