Central Support Officer (German-speaking)

In the position of Central Support Officer in the After Sales department, you will be both the link and manager of the processes between the international customer and the internal stakeholders. In this position, you will mainly focus on the German-speaking market. You will contribute to the maintenance and optimization of Bollegraaf installations in the field. Customer satisfaction is the key.

What will be your role?

The role at Bollegraaf is subtively very broad, extensive and you manage the international customer demand from A to Z.

• You advise the customer (reactive and proactive), come up with solutions, make quotations and indirectly prepare the deployment of service engineers and/or the shipment of parts.
• You are in all areas (both technical and commercial) the coordinator for the customers and you know how to build a good relationship with them.
• You handle and report on both the content and financial side of the projects. You always see opportunities to provide the customer with additional services and products of Bollegraaf.
• Finally, you see what can be improved in the follow-up phase so that you and Bollegraaf can continue to learn and develop. Regular (international) customer visits are part of the job.

Who are you?

You communicate proactively and ensure that the necessary information is provided by the various colleagues and departments. You have experience in a technical after sales/service environment and contribute from your experience and expertise to the further design and professionalization of the work processes (in an ERP environment).

• A critical view in which you dare to point out issues of importance to the customer, vendors and internal organization;
• An excellent proficiency level of the German language, in addition you have a good proficiency level of the Dutch or English language.
